Verbazo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Verbazo, a mobile application made by Outrun Cyber Dynamics LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Verbazo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Verbazo is a Spanish verb conjugation training app with conjugation references, practice drills, an adaptive placement test, spaced-repetition review, progress statistics, and optional local reminders. It is an educational tool for personal learning, not professional instruction, certification, or an official language-proficiency assessment.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Verbazo on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, extract, redistribute, rent, sell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the app or its content, except where law expressly permits it.

Subscriptions and refunds

Verbazo may offer auto-renewing subscriptions (“Verbazo Pro”). Available plans, prices, duration, and any trial are shown before purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s policies, subject to any mandatory rights under local law.

Ownership, privacy, and changes

Verbazo’s software, design, content, and conjugation data are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. “Verbazo” and its logo are our trademarks. Our Privacy Policy describes the app’s no-account design, on-device learning data, and optional analytics. We may add, change, or remove features and update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date and, where appropriate, communicated in the app or release notes.

Disclaimers and liability

Verbazo is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that its content will be free of mistakes or regional variations. We make no promises about learning outcomes or proficiency levels. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months and US $50. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Store terms, law, and contact

If you downloaded the app from Apple or Google, their applicable store terms also apply. These Terms are between you and Outrun Cyber Dynamics LLC, not Apple or Google; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Apple-specific terms where required. These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, except for non-waivable consumer protections. Questions: hey@outrun.xyz.
