Verbazo Privacy Policy

Verbazo is a Spanish verb conjugation training app made by Outrun Cyber Dynamics LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how Verbazo handles information. Questions can be sent to hey@outrun.xyz.
No account; learning data stays on your device
Verbazo has no sign-up, login, or user profile. We do not know your name, email address, or identity. Your practice history, answers, placement-test record, review schedule, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Deleting the app deletes this local data.
Optional usage analytics
When enabled in Settings → Analytics, Verbazo collects pseudonymous product-usage and diagnostic data, such as screens and features used, general progress and engagement indicators, app version, device model, operating-system version, and language or region settings. A randomly generated identifier, not your name or email, associates this data. You can disable analytics at any time; the app remains fully functional.
When analytics is enabled, we may also collect masked session replay and crash or error reports to find usability and technical problems. Text and images are masked in session recordings. Disabling analytics stops analytics, session replay, and error reporting.
What we do not collect
We do not collect contacts, photos, files, calendar data, precise or approximate location, advertising identifiers, microphone or camera recordings, or data for advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not sell or rent data.
Notifications and purchases
Review reminders are scheduled locally from your device’s review schedule. We do not operate a push-notification server. Optional subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google. We do not receive payment-card details. A subscription-management provider processes purchase receipts and subscription status to unlock entitlements; purchase events may be included in analytics when analytics is enabled.
Service providers and international transfers
We use providers acting on our behalf for analytics, session replay, error reporting, and subscription management. Analytics and subscription data may be processed in the United States. Apple and Google also process purchases under their own privacy policies. We share information only as described here, with providers acting on our instructions, or when required by law.
Retention, rights, and security
On-device learning data remains only while the app is installed. Provider data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because analytics is pseudonymous and there is no account, we may not be able to identify a particular person’s records. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing. Contact us to exercise them. Local data benefits from your device security; transmitted data uses encrypted connections.
Children and changes
Verbazo is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent local minimum age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy; the effective date above will show when it was last changed.
