Outrun Cyber Dynamics LLC ("we", "us", "our") built the Arrive app as a commercial app. This Service is provided by Outrun Cyber Dynamics LLC and is intended for use as is.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone using our Service.

Information We Collect

Arrive stores your alarms and settings only on your device — we do not operate servers that collect or store your personal information, so there is nothing on our end to retain or delete. You remove this data yourself by deleting an alarm in the app or by uninstalling the app.

Location Data

Arrive uses your location for two distinct purposes:

• Alarm monitoring (on-device). To trigger your location-based alarms, Arrive monitors when you enter a geographic region. This geofencing is performed entirely on your device by iOS and is not transmitted to us or to any third party. It also works offline.
• Search and place naming (sent to Google). When you search for a place or drop a pin to create an alarm, your search text and your location coordinates are sent to Google's Places and Geocoding APIs to return relevant results and place names. This is the only situation in which location-related information leaves your device.

We do not store your search or location history.

Camera

If you use the address-scanning feature, Arrive uses your device's camera to recognize a street address. This text recognition happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device technology. Camera images are not stored or transmitted.

Third-Party Services

Arrive uses the following third-party services. Information sent to them is governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Places API & Geocoding API — used to power place search, autocomplete, and reverse geocoding. See Google's Privacy Policy.

These providers may collect information used to identify you, in accordance with their own terms.

Purchases

Arrive offers in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information; it is handled entirely by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, so we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Rights

Because Arrive keeps your data on your device, you remain in control of it at all times. You can access, correct, or delete your alarms and settings directly in the app, and you can remove all of it by uninstalling the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; if you have any questions about exercising them, contact us at hey@outrun.xyz.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
