Outrun Cyber Dynamics LLC ("we", "us", "our") built the Arrive app as a commercial app. This Service is provided by Outrun Cyber Dynamics LLC and is intended for use as is.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone using our Service.
Arrive stores your alarms and settings only on your device. We do not operate servers that hold your alarms, and your alarm names, addresses, notes, and coordinates are never sent to us. You remove this data yourself by deleting an alarm in the app or by uninstalling the app.
We do collect anonymous usage data about how the app is used, described under Analytics and Session Replay below. It contains no location data and no text you type, and you can turn it off at any time in the app's Settings.
Arrive uses your location for two distinct purposes:
We do not store your search or location history.
If you use the address-scanning feature, Arrive uses your device's camera to recognize a street address. This text recognition happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device technology. Camera images are not stored or transmitted.
To understand how Arrive is actually used and to catch problems we would otherwise never hear about, the app sends anonymous usage data to our analytics provider, PostHog. This is on by default and you can turn it off at any time — see Your Choices below.
Before anything else, here is what analytics never includes:
The app also periodically uploads screenshots of Arrive's own interface so we can see how people move through the app and where they get stuck. Nothing outside Arrive is ever captured. Before a screenshot leaves your device, the parts that could reveal anything about you are masked out — blacked over: maps, alarm names, addresses, notes, search fields, search results, and the camera scanner view. Network request URLs are not recorded at all. Turning analytics off stops session replay completely.
Events are tied to a random identifier that your device generates for itself and stores in the iOS Keychain. It is not derived from your Apple Account, device ID, advertising ID, email address, or name, and it tells us nothing about who you are — it only lets us see that a series of events came from the same device. Because it lives in the Keychain, it survives deleting and reinstalling the app, so a reinstall is counted as a returning user rather than a new one.
Analytics is on by default. To turn it off, open Settings in the app and switch off Share Anonymous Analytics. All event collection and all session-replay uploads stop immediately, and Arrive works exactly the same way with it off.
To be completely straight with you: one single event is recorded at the moment you opt out — the opt-out itself, so that we can count how many people choose to turn analytics off. It is a record of your choice, not information about you, and nothing further is sent from your device afterwards.

Arrive offers in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information; it is handled entirely by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
We value your trust in providing us your information, so we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Because Arrive keeps your alarms and settings on your device, you remain in control of them at all times. You can access, correct, or delete your alarms and settings directly in the app, and you can remove all of it by uninstalling the app. The usage data described above is anonymous, so we normally cannot connect it to a particular person, but you can stop it at any moment by switching off Share Anonymous Analytics in Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — including the right to object to analytics, which that switch lets you exercise directly.
